We want you to love your new home decor; if you are not completely satisfied with your Jetty Home purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Carefully repackage your items in the original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
